Frequently asked questions.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, we are out of network and private-pay. If you have a PPO plan, your insurance will likely cover therapy with us. f you’re unsure, we can check for you. Contact us now!
Most major insurances will accept out-of-network claims which we will handle for you. This can result in a cost similar to a copay at a doctor's office. Whoever this will still depend on your plan so you can email us or give us a call to get started and we will find out.
How long does it take to get started?
You can get started right away. We tried to always have availability for those seeking mental health assistance. And we will continue to grow as the demand for mental health assistance grows.
Can I get to know the therapist?
Sure! You can set up a free consultation/meeting with the therapist and ask questions. This is a great step to get to know if the therapist is the correct fit for you.
Do you offer in-person services?
Currently, no. We work with people all over NJ, PA, and soon NY & Delaware. Currently, the demand has been higher for virtual rather than in-person. Additionally, with real estate & rental prices rising, we would need to raise our prices. Which currently, have been a good balance for provider and clients. If you would like in-person, we understand! We can help find a referral for you. Or, if you would like to try virtual, no worries! Contact us today to see how you like it.
